The Service recreates any image into an AI-generated image by capturing the essence of the original and transforming it into a new creation. The use of images in demonstrations is either sourced from open sources free from any copyright encumbrances or with permissions granted where applicable.
The Company shall not be liable for any possible infringement of copyright by the user if they use an image protected by copyright unless it falls within the definition of Fair Use.
The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions, or any possible copyright infringement in the contents of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooveau Media LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nooveau Media LTD, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
